After soliciting 3 other services to remediate the crawlspace mold problem I decided on Chris for the following reasons. He responded the first day I called and sent 2 of his team out to preinspect and take pictures. From nightmare to fixed with just a phone call!

We live in Florida full time and were looking forward to having friends at our Georgia cabin for the time since we bought it . Except the day before our visit we found out there was a humidity problem causing mildew inside. Chris and his team quickly evaluated the problem and presented a solution. They scheduled a time that worked with our schedule to get the necessary work completed. Chris was never bothered by our questions and even helped with items outside of his proposal.

NGC did an excellent job. There were areas that needed to be addressed and they corresponded with the contractor. They made suggestions that were not taken into consideration by the contractor to ensure we would remain dry in the basement. Chris met me on the jobsite with some 6mil plastic that I needed to protect the structure from the elements. He did this on his own terms and didn't charge me.
